Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-17

By using MyPathOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Important — Entertainment and self-reflection only. MyPathOS provides AI-generated interpretations of traditional Chinese astrology (Bazi and Zi Wei Dou Shu). These are intended for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions of the future, professional advice, or substitutes for medical, legal, financial, or psychological guidance. Do not make important life decisions based solely on the output of this service.

Account and usage

You may create an account via email, Google, or as an anonymous guest. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. You agree not to use the service to harass others, attempt to access other users' data, or exceed rate limits with automation.

Token economy and subscriptions

Some features (detailed K-Line analysis, CBT-style advisory, calibration prompts) consume tokens. Tokens are granted daily within your tier's cap and can be purchased via Stripe. All payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Subscription billing renews automatically until cancelled.

Refunds

Subscription refunds within 14 days of purchase are honored on request via the contact page. Token-pack purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been consumed.

AI-generated content

Interpretations are generated by Google's Gemini AI based on traditional astrology rules. AI output may contain inaccuracies. We do not warrant the correctness or completeness of any specific interpretation.

Intellectual property

The MyPathOS service, design, and engine code are owned by us. Your chart data and any interpretations generated for you are yours to keep and export. You retain ownership of any content you input.
